Adam F. C. Fletcher, Co-Founder and Director
Adam is a co-founder and director of Freechild who has worked with more than 500 organizations around the world to build youth engagement. An internationally-recognized thought leader, he has spoke at hundreds of conferences, written dozens of publications and worked directly with 1,000,000 youth and adults in more than a 1,000 communities.
Ryan Bostaph, Youth Consultant
Ryan Bostaph is a 17-year-old student in Barnesville, Ohio. Ryan is a Youth Consultant for FreeChild, assisting in the development of Freechild’s web presence. He also has been GenYES certified and has earned the Google IT Support Certificate. He is also been inducted into his schools’s chapter of the National Honor Society.
Theresa Kimball, Operations Consultant
As an education advocate serving low-income students and youth of color, Theresa has a variety of education experience. She has worked for several community colleges in student support services, as well as as a program director for a campus diversity center, apprenticeship program, a tech prep program, and various workforce development programs. Recently a College Bound officer for 8 counties, she is passionate about education justice and economic justice built on every child being at-risk for doing well economically.
