What is Youth Engagement?

Youth Engagement happens anytime young people choose the same thing over and over. It can include social activities, emotional states, cultural experiences, educational events, and much, much more! Anytime any young person experiences sustained connections anywhere in their life, they are engaged.

Youth engagement can happen throughout the lives of children and youth, including within themselves, in the immediate world around them, and throughout society in general.
